Size Guide
All Najs beads collars are fed through a PVC coated steel wire. The collars are made to withstand regular walks and adventures. It has been tested with pulling 100 kg weights. Have in mind that it's handmade and deviation may occur.
If you want a safer option you can choose a two or three wired collars.
Silicone beads best suites shorthaired dogs. All other beads suit well for short and medium long-haired fur. If you want a beaded collar for a really long-haired dog size up, don't use it as a regular walking collar because the fur can tangle.
If your dog measures 36 cm or smaller we recommend smaller hardware and 15 mm beads or for example 2 wire with 8-12 mm beads, but that can depend on the taste
Safety:
For small dog breeds such as chihuahuas and Pomeranians that have small mouths and shorter necks, it's STRONGLY recommended to select the buckle style for a snug fit around the neck for safety.
Let's look good!
Slip-on collars

Good for:
This dog collar gives more of a "necklace" look.
This type of collar is to be used both as a tag collar or as a regular collar.
(Keep in mind that it's a slip-on collar and that the collar can slip off depending on the dog.)
How to measure:
- Take a soft, sewing tape measure and measure the largest part of your dog's head snug. (This is usually around the jaw and over the ears.) This ensures the slip-on collar can go over their head. Measure the neck if it's larger than the head.(I will add extra cm to the measurements + space for the beads to ensure a good fit.)
- The collar needs to be able to slip over head and ears.
- If you would like a more relaxed fit, make sure that is reflected in your order.
- If you are between sizes always size up.
- I add around 1-2 cm to the mesurment.
✔️If you don't have a soft tape measure, you can use a piece of string or yarn. Cut the string after taking the measurement and then lay it down on a flat surface and measure it.
Snap-on, Martingale and Buckle collars
Good for:
Suitable for regular walking and adventures.
Martingale is recommended for dogs who have almost or no difference in between the sizes of head and neck, or who have the habit to slip out of a regular collar.
How to measure:
-
Take a soft, sewing tape measure and measure the middle of the neck of your dog. Please ensure your dog is standing while taking this measurement. Do not pull so tight that the fur bows out, but also do not add fingers or extra space between the tape measure and neck.(I will add space for the beads to ensure a good fit.)
- If you would like a more relaxed fit, make sure that is reflected in your order.
- If you are between sizes always size up.
✔️If you don't have a soft tape measure, you can use a piece of string or yarn. Cut the string after taking the measurement and then lay it down on a flat surface and measure it.
